ldannon asked:

Im 18 and female, i have been taken this cycle for weeks now, prefer not to disclose the reasons, but i am not in pain, never was before i started taking it, and im healthy as far as i know, i dont feel anything side effects wise, so thats why i wanted to know if i might be doing seriously stupid damage.

It may have caused some irritation or damage. Best way to find out is to see your doctor and get a simple blood test. Other side effect could be increased bleeding.
And you are taking this why? If it is for pain, it is a bit high. Tylenol is probably better, but not if you drink. And of course, tons of Tylenol will “melt” your liver. If you are using it as an anti-inflammatory, you run some risk of stroke from your blood being too thin. Most internists recommend one .81mg aspirin daily for thinning of blood, but no more… So, my question is, for what purpose are you taking it? Another important question is your age.
There are pros and cons and drawbacks to everything…. even water has risks, doesn’t it?
Aspirin may not cause liver damage unlike paracetamol (acetaminophen) but may cause ulceration of the stomach. Such doses should in any case be taken under medical supervision only.
NO…aspirin will lengthen the bleeding time as an anti-platlet medicine, and can cause stomache ulcers, gastritis, etc. There are several safer meds to take, Acetominohen is one. Anyway, good luck!
Anything’s possible, I suppose, but aspirin isn’t known for liver toxicity. GI bleeding and impairment of renal blood flow are larger concerns. Perhaps you’re thinking of acetaminophen (paracetamol in UK), which should be perfectly safe at that dosage.
Stop now before its to late the only safe dose given daily long term is 75mg any more than this and it will burn out your gut
Aspirin overdose can harm your hearing among other things.
