My joints are always sore right before it rains? What kind of arthritis do I have?

Marie asked:

I have been getting joint pain since I was 22 and every time it rains I can feel it for about 4 days before. My joints just hurt. Every time we get a cold snap, I feel it. My joints hurt and get stiff and ache. My mom is the same way. Is aspirin the drug of choice for this? I don’t want a perscription that causes serious side effects because it is not severe enough for that. Any infor you can give me is appreciated.

I’m 13, just took 2 aspirins and?

Brandy asked:

Ok, I’m a 13-year-old girl. I took 2 aspirins about 3 hours ago.
Then about an hour ago I threw up a little. I haven’t ate much today, just a little bit of pizza, 1 can of Coke, and 2 cups of water. It’s about 7 o’clock here. I took it because I had a sore throat, and a headache (probably a cold because my ears feel like they’re gonna explode every time I swallow, and I have a stuffed nose, but the mucus goes down my throat instead of out the nose..). I looked at the expiration date a little later after I took them and it said that it expired last November. Then I read the label and it said that any changes in behavior with nausea and vomiting occur, to consult a doctor because it may be an early sign on Reye’s syndrome. Should I be worried? Because I did throw up a little (it was only a little bit of water with a disgusting taste), but I’m not sure whether it is because I barely ate anything, or it really is an early sign. Right now I feel a tiny bit nauseous, like if I burp a little it kinda feels like I may throw up a little, but not much. It did help the sore throat a little and the headache a little too..
But should I be concerned? Or just ignore it?
I researched Reye’s syndrome and it scared me a little..
I’ve taken them before, they’ve actually worked.
They’re regular strength and lite coat.
I didn’t throw up a lot. I think it probably is just that I didn’t eat anything before taking them. My mom tells me to, I just forgot this time. Thank you Shirley’s Temple. :) I was just a little worried. I’m not immature so those of you who answered like you did, I’m not stupid, and I don’t call my mother “mommy”.
Get a life, please..

how to get rid of sun burns fast?

Hot stuff asked:

Sunburn: First aid
Signs and symptoms of sunburn usually appear within a few hours of exposure, bringing pain, redness, swelling and occasional blistering. Because exposure often affects a large area of your skin, sunburn can cause headache, fever and fatigue.
If you have a sunburn:
1/2 cup (about 120 milliliters) of cornstarch, oatmeal or baking soda and let is sit outside the fridge for 12 hours
 Take a cool bath or shower. Adding the mixed ingredients to your bath water may provide some relief.
Apply an aloe vera lotion several times a day.
Leave blisters intact to speed healing and avoid infection. If they burst on their own, apply an antibacterial ointment on the open areas.
If needed, take an over-the-counter pain reliever such as aspirin, ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), naproxen (Aleve) or acetaminophen (Tylenol, others). Don’t give children or teenagers aspirin. It may cause Reye’s syndrome, a rare but potentially fatal disease.
Do not use petroleum jelly, butter or other home remedies on your sunburn. They can prevent or delay healing.
If your sunburn begins to blister or if you experience immediate complications, such as rash, itching or fever, see your doctor.

Does baby aspirin really help avoid miscarriage?

honeybee asked:

I have had two m/c in the last 4 months, the first at 5 wks and the second at 4 wks. I have had two paps since, and both were negative. I have had a physical and complete blood work done and everything came back fine. I am only 25, so i know it has nothing to do with my age. I was told by my doctor that having 2 m/c in a row is still considered normal. He won’t refer me to a fertility specialist until i have a least 3 or 4 m/c in a row. We have decided to try again, but I DO NOT want to have another m/c. I have done research online and have found that it is suggested that baby aspirin can help prevent miscarriages. Has anyone had the baby aspirin work for them? And if so, did you experience any side effects with it? Any suggestions would be helpful.
